Turbo 350 does not have bands while the turbo 400 does. Adjustment is on the left (I believe) side and is done in inch pounds not sure of the specs.
Since when did the 350 transmission not have a band? Last time I was in one there was a band. I have found if these are slipping in either the th350 or th400 you may as well pull it down and do a rebuild before you tear something else out.
