theres a cable connected to a little turny thing near the front and center of the engine at the top. thats the throttle, its what your gas pedal controls. on the turny part there is a screw that the assembly is resting against, the idle adjustment screw. run the engine and adjust the screw til you get the result you like. I have done this on my 89 Jeep comanche to make it easier to drive cause when I was new to standard. dont adjust it to high or low though. I would stay within the 700 to 1100 rpm gauge or it can be bad for your engine or environment. hope that helped
You can't adjust valves, all you can do is clean or replace them.
Idle speed is computer controlled and is not adjustable.
THE timing on a 88 Comanche w/inline six cyl. is set at the factory and not adjustable.
Idle is computer controlled and can NOT be adjusted.
you can not as it is adjusted by the computor.
Idle is not adjustable. You have a electrical or vacuum issue that needs diagnosed.
Jeep Comanche was created in 1985.
You shouldn't have to, check for vacuum intake leaks
The price of a Jeep Comanche ranges greatly depending on the car's model year. A 1989 Jeep Comanche costs roughly $3000, while a 1988 Jeep Comanche can cost anywhere from $2000 to $4000.
Idle speed is not adjustable. The computer controls the speed with the idle air control motor on the back of the throttle body.
You cannot adjust the clutch. It is hydraulic, with a master cylinder and slave cylinder in the transmission. Their are no adjustments. Make sure system has fluid and no leaks.
No, Cherokee is a wagon, and the Comanche is a pickup, but on the years they were made the parts will be the same.
