You don't unless you can find the special wrench to do so. So far I have had no luck. Very poor design to have to have a special wrench, just to remove two bolts.
Hello
the wrench is a torx T-18 if i remember right, you can get it a most any auto store. Autozone, NAPA, O'riley's, Advanced, Carquest, ect for about 20 buck a set of all you will ever need t-8 to t-20. If your a Jeep guy you should already have a set of those in male and female. Jeeps have everything on them star, metric, standard, torx, odd 32mm and others get use to it. Look up a tool kit for your year. a number of websites have guides. If your not a member of one of the many jeep forums join ONE!
The starter is out?
