This is one of the best writeups I have seen and also has some links to others that have done it. http://www.jedi.com/obiwan/Jeep/d30axleseal.html He also has some nice info about mods to Jeep on his tech pages. I have done several of his & he documents well. I did the 15-20 gallon tank conversion and the remove restictor from stock air box (I have since replaced with a K&N & CATBACK & it runs even better). Check it out. It is not for the faint of heart. I had one done a long time ago on my 91 and now see it is leaking again so will have to dig into it. But I am also getting ready to do a frame off restore - due to rust so will probably do it at the same time. I found some GREAT rust free parts in Colorado Springs from Williams Restoration & a very good friend hauled them to Illinois for me. So this summer, the fun begins!
