To change the rear hubs on a 2003 Pontiac Vibe, first, safely lift the rear of the vehicle and remove the wheel. Next, remove the brake drum or rotor, depending on your setup, and then unbolt the hub assembly from the axle and suspension components. After that, replace the old hub with the new one, reassemble the parts in the reverse order, and ensure everything is tightened properly before lowering the vehicle. Always check your vehicle's service manual for specific torque specifications and procedures.
