it has struts on both front and back. most auto part stores such as o'rielly's will carry a tool you can rent to replace them.

No, you do not need to be pro to change shocks. You have to have some pro tools though: Torque wrench, spring compressors, tool box, Deep creep if you having problems with rusted bolts...
There isn't any. Those shocks are not serviceable.
