You either reach around the top to them, or you reach them from underneath.

that he must remove to get to spark plug rear of the cylinders
To change the rear spark plugs in a 2005 Pontiac Montana, first ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the battery. Remove any necessary components obstructing access to the rear spark plugs, such as the engine cover or intake manifold. Use a spark plug socket to carefully unscrew and remove the old spark plugs, then insert the new plugs, ensuring they are properly gapped and torqued to the manufacturer’s specifications. Finally, reassemble any removed components and reconnect the battery.
With a socket set :)
You rock the engine forward to gain access to the rear plugs.
yes. The frontal plugs are easy, but the rear plugs require you to get your hand up in the engine from underneath.
The front spark plugs are easy. To change the rear plugs the top mixing (plenum) chamber has to be removed. This involves removal of cables, electrical connectors, throttle body, vacuum hoses, & rear support brackets. Nasty job. Best left to a professional.
Unfortunately, this is not easy. You have to basically take everything off of the top of the engine, all the way down to the fuel rail, to be able to access the rear spark plugs.
you need to take the intake off to get to the back three plugs...
the spark plugs are located in the front of the engine and rear, just follow the spark plug wires and you will find the spark plugs
