It is a HUGE pain in the back. You will destroy the engine if not done correctly because it involves the timing chain. Get a repair manual and read it thoroughly...The only thing you will need other than regular tools is 2-8mm bolts to stick in the cam gears to hold them in time and a floor jack to jack up the engine so you can remove the engine lift hook that is blocking access to the flat timing chain cover that has all those screws in it.
