Remove wiper arm by lifting the plastic cover that hides the nut holding the arm at the pivot point and removing the nut.
using pliers or wrench remove the large nut around the base that held the wiper arm.
pull off the rubber seal, it is held by nothing

there is a screw at the base of the loop handle that hangs down, remove that
Get your fingers under the panel at the bottom on a corner and pull it out by using your thumb to push against the metal of the hatch and your fingers to pull. Move along the bottom doing the same but be sure to use your thumb to push and fingers to pull. If you just pull with your arms the panel will suddenly release and yank on the panel which will crack it.
Once this lower panel is loose (only loose. You cannot remove it yet. It must slide upward to be removed.) start on the upper panel which is actually the bezel around the entire window. You only will need to pull the bottom of it away from the metal frame of the door. Once this is completed, slide the bottom panel upward and inch and it will come off.
Now you can see the wiper motor attached with two 10mm hexhead screws about 7 inches apart. Remove these.
Now remove the motor. It will have a 5 wire attached cable attached at a connector. Remove the connector.

The relay is attached to the bracket that holds the wiper motor to the hatch.
if its not mounted to the firewall just above and at the rear side of the motor then it is on the opposite side of firewal bellow the wiper arms

Remove the rear wiper arm from the wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.

Rear Wiper Motor R&R Remove the rear pivot arm. Lift the pivot arm to the upright position. Slide the locking tab out. Pull up and remove the pivot arm. Remove the rear wiper motor shaft nut cover. Remove the rear wiper motor shaft nut. Remove the rear wiper motor cover. Remove the rear wiper motor bracket nut. Remove the bolt and the rear wiper motor. Reverse these steps to install.

Remove the inside panel from your Hyundai rear door. The wiper motor mechanism will be visible. Remove the wiper motor linkage. Remove the wiper motor wiring harness. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new rear wiper motor.

Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.
