Depends what kind of heating problem you're having. If there is only cold air blowing out of the vents with the engine fully warmed up then the coolant level needs to be checked and filled at the radiator, not just the overflow tank. Also there is a bleeder valve sticking straight up behind the water pump that's used to bleed out air trapped in the cooling system. Open this valve slowly and slightly with the engine running at operating temp while filling the radiator until a stream with no bubbles comes out of the valve.
If this is not the case, send more info or if you perform this procedure and have the same results then you likely need to bring it into a shop for a complete prognosis.

The blower motor in a 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette is located under the dashboard on the passenger side. To access it, you typically need to remove the lower dash panel and may need to disconnect the wiring harness and any screws securing the blower motor in place. It's situated near the firewall, allowing it to draw air from outside for the heating and air conditioning system.

There are actually two oxygen sensors on a 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette. There is one located in the exhaust system just before the catalytic converter. There is also another oxygen sensor in the air intake tube leading from the air filter.
Follow the top radiator hose down to the engine. It is in the water outlet.

GM vehicles are not equipped with a fuel pump inertia switch.
On a 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette, the starter is located on the underside of the vehicle, near the rear of the engine block. To access it, you may need to lift the vehicle and remove the protective splash shield. The starter is typically secured by a couple of bolts and connected to the battery and ignition wiring.
