I suspect it's the same as the Windstar: lift the plastic cover at the base of the arm and you'll find a 15mm nut holding it to the wiper motor shaft.

At the base of the wiper arm at the bottom of the windsheild there is a black cap,pry off witha a screwdriver,there is a nut, take it off and the arm comes off. You might have to pry it loose.
