I believe you have to turn the ignition to the run or accesory position if the alarm is sounding , and if the alarm is armed but not " tripped " , unlocking the door with your key disarms the alarm

More than likely the ignition switch is bad. Replace it. In the interim, you can disconnect the battery cable.
YOU simply shut off the power switch to the radio and then turn off the ignition switch and when you restart the truck it should come out as long as the radio power is off
