Squeeze the horn button at the top and bottom with your fingers and thumbs and pull. It takes some strength. Be careful when it releases as there is a wire and connector attached which can be damaged if you pull it too far. The horn buttom is held in place by four steel spring type clips located at 11am, 1pm, 5pm and 8pm. Good luck.
