Get a sledge hammer, and hit it a couple times. Should come right off. Make sure to clean up afeter yourself. We dont want you bleeding on the floor. Or you can pour gasoline and put it on fire. Keep doing it, and it should melt right off.
You need to remove the grill and then the headlight assemblies. I had to remove the battery as well to get at the last bolt for the headlight assembly. There are about 6 bolts and 4 preasure clips holding the grill on.

Hi, You have to remove the entire headlight assembly to get to the bulb, which is located in the back of the assembly. There are three wing nuts that hold the assembly in, and those will have to be removed. Then remove the side signal assembly first, then the headlight assembly. Remove the tire and wheel from your 1993 Chevy Lumina. Remove the brake assembly spring and the brake caliper. The brake assembly will come off. Tap on the rotor with a hammer or mallet. The rotor will slide off. Reverse the process to change the new rotor and brakes.
