First pop off the fuse panel cover on the left side of the dash. Then the same panel on the right. Each panel exposes a black screw. Remove the single Phillips head screw in the center of the heater/defrost grill located in the center of the dash near the windshield. Gently pry out the grill exposing 2 more black screws. Using a 7 mm. nutdriver, remove the 2 screws behinds the end panels. Then the 2 screws under the heater/defrost grill. Then open the glove box and remove 3 more black screws. Finally, 2 more 7 mm. gold colored screws also through the glove box which secure the air bag cover. Gently lift up on the dash panel releasing the snap clips.
