Well, isn't that a happy little question! To remove the resonator box on your Chevy Colorado, you'll want to start by disconnecting the battery to stay safe. Then, carefully loosen the clamps and bolts holding the resonator box in place. The resonator box is not meant to be opened. It is fused together as there are no serviceable parts inside of it.
The Spark Plugs are located under the resonator box in the center of the engine (its the rectangular black box on top of the engine)
Simply unscrew the air intake hose from the resonator box. Then look on all 4 sides of the resonator for some bolts. Use a ratchet with an extension to unscrew the bolts, and it pops right off. Did it on my trailblazer to change thee spark plugs (located underneath the resonator box). Hope this helps!
Underneath the resonator box (the black plastic box right before the throttle body).Once the resonator box is removed the spark plugs are located underneath the small rectangular aluminum heat sinks. Remove the long bolt and pull the entire assembly up and out.
The Air Intake Resonator box on a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer is located in the middle of the engine; It's marked with the "Vortec 4200" symbol on the top of it and is made of black ABS plastic.

Count the spark plug wires that are located under the black plastic resonator box. There are small aluminum heat sinks located on top of the spark plug harnesses, count them.
4200 Vortec Inline 6 cylinder engine #1 cylinder is at the front of the engine as you stand out front and look at it. Remove the resonator box on top of the motor to expose the coil packs. The spark plugs are under them.
To remove the glove box on a Chevy Celebrity pull the glove box out, then push up on the tab on the underside of the box to release the latch that keeps the globe box in. It will then simply pull the rest of the way out.
Under the hood by the battery, if it was a snake it would have bit you
in the trunk
the fuse box is under the hood just in front of the battery box, you have to pull of the air hose to the battery box to open it
