the motor arm, bottom of arm, if you look close to it , u can take a small screwdriver and
release this , BEING VERY! CAREFUL NOT TO SCRATCH CAR, and with a little pressure or prying up, carefully , this will come off. installing one is to line it up for wiper to rest at bottom of windshield, in the off position, then lightly pushing down and you will hear/feel it click back into place.
