(This fuse box is located below and to the left of the steering wheel. Access by opening the driver door, then pull the cover off to reveal the fuse box. The fuse diagram is under the cover.) -The fuse for the cigarette lighter is located in ANOTHER FUSE BOX UNDER THE HOOD next to the positive (red) jumper cable terminal. Remove the cover by pinching the tabs inward. The cigarette lighter fuse is a 20 amp fuse on the bottom row.
Below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it ) Fuse ( # 1 ) is a 20 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter
For the cigarette lighter: 1 First check if the lighter element is good. Use a volt meter to see if there is voltage inside the cavity. If there is voltage, get a new element. 2. The fuse box is under the dash on the drivers side. Remove the cover and check fuse #10, it will be a 15 amp fuse. Replace it if blown, if not there is probably a broken wire someplace. Probably on the lighter cavity (receptical). Joedi
