undo the two 3/32 bolts running thru headlamp assemblies and remove headlamp assembly to access bulb
Pay someone to do it.
The headlight relay on a 1989 GM Sierra is typically located in the under-hood fuse box, which is usually found on the driver's side near the battery. You can identify the relay by checking the diagram on the fuse box cover for the specific relay layout. If you have difficulty finding it, consulting the vehicle's service manual can provide additional guidance.
The easiest way is to pull the long bolts out of the headlight at the top of the grill, i think a 5.5mm socket fits it, the whole assembly pulls out when they are removed, and it is easily installed.
Ineed the torque sequence and tightening specs for a 92 GM 3800 intake.
GM vehicles do not use inertia/reset switches.

It would be easier to go to your nearest GM dealer and have them code a new key from the VIN #.
That would be Phil Esposito, who was GM from 92-98.
Yeah, It is a right headlight assembly. Says "Guide" on the front of the headlight. From what I've research they seemed to have been a company that, in this case, supplied parts to GM as their OEM parts.
Location of knock sensor 1991 GM sierra 350 2500?
what size engine
The 4.3 is a V6. If the Sierra had a V6 in it, then it will. If it had a V8 in it, then you will have to move the motor mounts and/or purchase motor mounts for the conversion.
