It's been a while, but I believe the trim ring on the dash around the key cylinder unscrews and the ignition comes out the back There should be a small hole in the face, insert key and turn ignition to "on" position, insert a wire (paper clip) into small hole and pull on key, the lockset should pull out, this will allow you to remove the trim ring around the key cylinder.

You do not need to replace the cylinder you need to replace the whole car around it and sell me the whole car (that was around you good working cylinder) for cheap..like 2 bucks
