I can't be 100 % sure as I'm not real familiar with your model, but my earlier Sunfire's bulbs
are accessed from inside the trunk, You'll have to pull the carpet away from the body, then twist out the bulb holders.
You must first remove the trunk door facia. (This is the part with the "Pontiac" lights in it.) Then you can get to the bulb to replace it.

If you mean just the bulb, they are accessed from the trunk. Pull the carpet away from the back of the car and untwist the bulb holder. Replace the bulb and screw the holder back in.

Easier to just jack the car up so that you can get under it look for the blinker bulb assembly twist it should come out if you line up the holes replace and reinsert
