To change the bulbs all you have to do is put a flat blade screw driver on the right side of the bulb housing and gently push to the left. This will release the catch holding it in and it will drop out and down on the end of its wiring connector. 1/4 turn the bulb and remove. Replace the bulb and just put the housing back into the opening left side first, then just push up on the right side till you hear a click. Takes about 1 min per light. Works for all Deville types 00-08
The only place I found replacement bulbs besides the Cadillac dealer ($32.00) for 2 bulbs was NAPA Auto Parts ($5.00) for 2 bulbs, On my 2004 Sedan Deville the release is to the left side of the housing.
