Don't worry about getting them mixed up, they will only fit one way. Start at one bottom corner and work across the bottom and up both ends prying out the rest of the Christmas Tree retainers that hold the door panel to the door. They pop loose very loudly but don't worry. With all the retainers loose, tilt the bottom of the panel outward snd lift straight up to remove panel. Peel back vapor barrier from the rear edge of the door about three quarters of the way. Remove two black half dollar size plastic plugs that expose window clamp screws (10 mm). loosen screws. Window must be fully up to access screws. Unplug motor, remove three actuator mounting screws and remove actuator. Reverse proceedure to install new one. Connect window switch and test for good operation before you reinstall panel. Took me about two hours but I was having to feel my way as I went.
