First of all disconnect the battery before starting with the other steps. After this remove the lower steering column and the knee blocker reinforcement to be able to access the cables connecting the Body Control Module. Remove the two wire connectors which are located at the bottom of the module then unscrew the bolts that are holding the junction block to the mounting bracket of the dash panel. After this was done, remove the junction block itself and remove the screws that are holding the module to the junction block. Next slide the Body Control Module downwards out of the junction block. This will disengage the guide studs on the block. To install a new BCM module, do the above steps in the reverse order.
