Well, if its anything like the one in my 1994 f150 then you just need to remove the steering wheel and its right there.. You will need to remove the airbag assembly and use a wheel puller to remove the steering wheel. I would also remove the negative bat cable before doing this as you will be messing with the airbag assembly. Dont use a hammer to try and remove the wheel, rent a puller.
I don't know how to do it, but the dealer is charging me $2075.00 to replace it on my 2000 Windstar!
To replace the clock spring in a 2000 Grand Vitara, first disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent accidental airbag deployment. Remove the steering wheel by loosening the center nut, then detach any wires connected to the airbag and steering column. Carefully unbolt the old clock spring from its position, ensuring to note the wiring connections, and then install the new clock spring in reverse order. Reconnect the airbag and steering wheel, and finally reconnect the battery.
where is the #5 injector? how long does it take to fix
Umm, short answer, no. Two completely different transmissions, controlled in two completely different ways.
To replace the clock light bulbs in a 2000 Honda Passport, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Remove the trim panel around the dashboard clock by gently prying it off. Unscrew the clock assembly to access the bulbs, then carefully twist and remove the old bulbs. Replace them with new ones, reassemble the clock, and reconnect the battery.
