You cannot replace the clock 'light' on an older CR-V since there is no bulb. It is an L.C.D. (liquid crystal diode) unit which, if it fails, must be replaced.
The two vents, hazard light switch, and clock are all in one unit. A stiff wire on one side of the vents will pull the unit out enough to pull it out of the dash fairly easily. After removal, disconnect power to the clock and unscrew two screws holding the clock to the dash module.

To replace the clock light in a 2011 Honda CR-V, first, disconnect the negative battery terminal for safety. Then, carefully remove the trim around the radio and climate control unit using a trim removal tool to avoid damage. Once the trim is off, take out the radio or the gauge cluster to access the bulb socket for the clock light. Replace the old bulb with a new one, reassemble the components, and reconnect the battery.
I own a CR-V, but the problem is pretty much universal with the early 2000 Honda vehicles. Make certain that the fuse to the clock circuit is not blown. If it is okay, the problem lies with the clock itself. The clock numerals consist of liquid CRYSTAL diodes (LCD), and not light emitting diodes (LED). When the LCD's 'die' that is the end of them and the entire clock unit must be replaced.
It is broken. AC's usually blow cold air.
In my 1997 CR-V, there is no clock fuse listed on the fuse box. By the way, when my clock lamp (LED?) stopped working intermittently, my UK dealer explained that the clock was a sealed unit and was very expensive to replace. My clock lamp finally failed completely (the clock may be okay ... I cannot tell). I fitted a new cheap clock to the dashboard, using the gap around the factory clock to host the screws. I also eventually bought a new audio unit with a clock display.

To replace the bulb on the analog clock in a Pacifica, first, ensure the vehicle is turned off and the keys are removed. Carefully remove the clock unit from the dashboard by gently prying it out, taking care not to damage any surrounding components. Once removed, locate the bulb socket at the back of the clock, twist it counterclockwise to release the old bulb, and replace it with a new one. Finally, reassemble the clock unit back into the dashboard.
To replace a taillight on a 1996 Honda Civic prop open the trunk. Remove the twilight mounting hardware. Push the light outward. The unit should come off in one piece. Replace the taillight with a unit that fits.
