Very carefully pry up the BOTTOM of the switch unit with a thin tool without damaging the fabric material. DO NOT pry on the top side, or you will break the plastic tab. When the entire module comes out, you can disconnect the wires and pull out the switch module and replace. About 94 bucks on the GM discount internet site including shipping.

how do you replace the drivers window clips on the glass od a 1995 grand prix se 2 door?
One circuit breaker protects all the power windows. If only one window doesn't work it's not the circuit breaker/fuse. It could be the switch in the drivers door or the power window motor has failed.
On the drivers side of the instrument panel ( it must be somewhere behind the steering wheel )
If it looks the same it will probably work.
if the drivers side switch works, but not the pass. side the problem is in the pass. side switch. if nether side works it is usually the regulator
"How do you replace the fan control switch on a 2002 Grand Prix?"
To fix a power window on a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am, start by checking the fuse related to the power windows; if it’s blown, replace it. Next, inspect the window switch for any signs of wear or damage; cleaning or replacing the switch may resolve the issue. If the window still doesn't work, you may need to access the door panel to check the wiring and the window motor for any faults. If necessary, replace the faulty components to restore functionality.
It is easy to replace the window regulator or window clips on the rear window of a 2000 Grand Am. The clips simply snap right onto the rails inside that door that connect to the window.
If the window won't go up from only one switch it is most likely that switch. If it won't go up from the driver controls or the control on that window's door, then you probably have a problem with the window motor.
To fix power windows in a Grand Wagoneer, first check the fuse associated with the power window system and replace it if it's blown. If the fuse is fine, inspect the power window switch for any signs of damage or malfunction, and test it for continuity. If the switch is working, examine the wiring and connections to the window motor for any breaks or loose connections. If all else fails, you may need to replace the window motor itself.
