I have a 1998 Sable and have not yet found the dash kit / conversion kit that works with the electronic climate control.This would apply to all 1996-1999 Ford Taurus and Mercury Sable models with electronic climate control.Some people have installed a radio into the space below where the ashtray is. Very ambitious project.Search around the Taurus Car Club site and you'll find some photos of how they did it.

If the 94 is like my old 91 Taurus, the cup holder uses the very same "DIN" mounting as the radio. That means a cheap pair of the Ford radio removal tools ($4-5 most auto parts, Target, Walmart, etc) will work to remove it the same as the radio. In fact, the cup holders do not need to come out in order to remove/replace the radio.
Yes, an aftermarket stereo radio can replace a Bose radio in a 1997 Nissan Maxima. Remove the old radio from the dash and put in the new one. A new mounting frame might be required to make the new radio fit properly.

To replace the radio on the Villager, first remove the bezel from around the radio by prying it from the dashboard. Then, squeeze the clips on either side of the radio to remove it from the dash. Disconnect the wires and attach them to your new stereo. Then, replace the clips and the bezel.
Replacing a car stereo is not a difficult process. All you need to do is take off the face plate, unscrew the radio, and unhook the wires. Then place the new stereo in, hook up the wires, screw the new stereo in, and replace the face plate.

Do NOT REPLACE YOUR SELF!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE RADIO YOU ARE REPLACEING WITH MUST MACH THE VIN # ON YOUR CAR OR IT WILL SHORT OUT THE RADIO THAT YOU ARE PUTTING IN. THESE RADIOS HAVE A SUCRUITY CODE IN THEM AND CAN ONLY BE CANGED BY THE DEALER THEM SELF.
