Remove the instrument bezel.
There are two, one on each side of the catalytic converter.

the crankshaft sensort is at bottom under the distrbutor it is way down there by the trans housing.

There isn't a fuel pump reset switch,if the pump doesn't run then it is either a bad fuel pump or relay
4 cylinder : under upper radiator hose fitting on engine.6 cylinder : under the housing that lower hose hooks to.

Have you tried jumping the battery. If yes and that didn't work, and the car sounds like it is trying to start but not turning over it is proably your distributer.
The throttle cable is not adjustable.
