i dont have a 95 but i had to remove the pump on my 03, it should be the same. the pump is attached to the washer fluid reservoir. it may be easiest to remove the whole reservoir and then work on removing the pump with the unit out of the truck. its just pressed in there with a rubber grommet holding it in place, but with the unit still in the truck it is difficult to get any leverage to remove it. also be aware that there is a pickup tube atttached to the pump on the inside of the reservoir. it may get disconnected when you remove the pump. be sure to reattach it when you reinstall the new one.
