Press the reset button
There is no reset button because the warning light will go off on its own once you have the correct amount of air in all 4 tires. Once you put the right amount of air in the tires, it should reset automatically within a few miles of driving.
Worn brake pads can cause the brake light to blink on the dash in a 1993 GMC Sierra 1500. This can also be caused by a faulty light.
The light can not be reset without fixing the cause of the code that turned the light on.
You have a problem withe the ABS. Seek professional help.
