On my 1995 I press and hold the "CLK" button with the radio turned on and press the right or left sides of the the "SEEK" button to either increase or decrease the hours. And press the right or left sides of the "TUNE" or "TUNE DISCS" button to either increase or decrease the minutes. After the time is set - release the "CLK" button

The clock on the radio can be set by two buttons found to the right on the display screen. H for hour and M for minute.
To set the clock on a 1993 Plymouth Sundance, first, ensure the ignition is in the "Run" position. To set the clock on a 1999 Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer, first turn the ignition to the "On" position without starting the engine. Press the "Clock" button on the radio or the dashboard, which will allow the hour display to blink. Use the "Tune" or "Seek" buttons to adjust the hour, then press the "Clock" button again to set the minutes, adjusting them in the same way. Once done, press the "Clock" button again to save the time.
Press and hold CLK while pressing SEEK for the HOUR and TUNE for the minutes. That should do it!
Turn the radio on and press sel twice for hours and once for mins
on my 95' explorer if you turn the radio off you can get the clock. also there is usually a button you press for "display" or says "clock".
Not sure on the explorer but I did rear brakes on a Taurus ( 98) & the piston turned in. I used a set of channel locks & turn them counter clock wise. There is a tool for this.

turn the raido off and hit the set button, use the seek buttons, up for the hour, down for the min.
