To set the clock on a 1993 Plymouth Sundance, first, ensure the ignition is in the "Run" position. Locate the clock setting buttons on the dashboard; typically, there are two buttons labeled "HR" (hour) and "MIN" (minute). Press the "HR" button to set the hour and the "MIN" button to set the minutes until the correct time is displayed. Once set, the clock will retain the time even when the ignition is off.
If it's like mine press "set" then press "sel" and use the volume knob to change the hours, then press "sel" again and use the volume knob to change the minutes.
It is computer controled and not adjustable.
To set the timing on a 1993 Plymouth Sundance, first ensure the engine is at operating temperature and then disconnect the timing connector (usually found near the ignition coil) to allow for proper timing adjustment. Use a timing light to check the timing marks on the crankshaft pulley against the timing specifications indicated on the engine's timing cover. If adjustment is needed, loosen the distributor hold-down bolt and rotate the distributor until the timing light indicates the correct timing mark. Finally, recheck the timing and reconnect the timing connector.
Let Patrick do it!

If the clock/radio is anything like the one on the '93 Plymouth Voyager, here is how you set the clock: First turn on the radio, then press the set button. When it shows the "P" hit the select button, and it should change to just hours. Turn the Tuner knob to forward or back to set the time you want. Hit the Select button again to go to minutes, and do the same thing with the Tuner knob. Hitting the select button a third time will save the clock settings. ..
the cam gear mark is set at 6 o' clock and the crank gear mark is set at 12 o'clock.
I finally found how by accident by trying various suggestions from later models Thanks anyway Cruban
