Unless you're a sworn law officer, using a slim Jim is illegal in the United States.
It's not illegal to own the device nor use it if you are opening a locked vehicle that you own or with permission from the owner of the vehicle.
Tow truck drivers, locksmiths, etc. possess such implements.
It is obviously illegal to use such a device in a criminal act.
A 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier is very difficult to open without keys. In most cases, a locksmith is required. Even possessing a slim Jim is problematic because of the position of the lock in the door.
That is not a very good idea as you very well may damage the internal parts of the door. A locksmith is your answer.
Open the hood and look at the engine front drivers side locate the pump turn the cap remove ti look inside the cap it is a dipstick .
sometimes they r printed somewhere on hood compartment. If not, they are in the books at any autozone>parts store, find a open one or buy $20 i think
take the grill off and look up in there and pp it open with a screwdriver that's what i did on my 94 caprice

You have to open up the right wheel well to replace the antenna. It is bolted to the car from the inside of your right hand a pillar. Open the door and you can see the bolt itself. Put a 2x4 between the inner fnder and the car to get enough room to put your arm in to position the new antenna.
