The top speed of a 1984 Pontiac Firebird varies depending on the engine option. Generally, models with the 5.0-liter V8 engine can reach around 120 to 130 mph, while those equipped with the more powerful 5.7-liter V8 can achieve slightly higher speeds, potentially approaching 140 mph. However, factors such as vehicle condition, modifications, and aerodynamics can influence actual performance.
