It is built into something called a CCRM(constant control relay module) which is a black metal box located under the plastic cover on top of the radiator support that has all the information stickers on it. The relay module has all you relays built into it, but they are not replaceable. If a relay goes bad, you have to replace the whole box. Nine times out of ten, the fuel pump goes bad before the relay module does.
