In 1980, approximately 9,000 Chevrolet Camaros were produced with a 4-speed manual transmission. This was part of the third-generation Camaro, which was known for its sporty design and performance. The production numbers for specific configurations can vary, but the 4-speed option was less common compared to the automatic transmission during that model year.
There's no way to truly tell for sure but they were pretty rare

The 1980 Camaro is considered a "2+2". Two bucket seats in the front, and two seats in the back, separated by the "hump" in the floor for the drive shaft.

I honestly dont know how many were made but i own a 89 camaro with t-tops sorry I wasnt much help on your question tho. I currently own an '89 camaro with T-tops and know that there was a production of a mere 184,000 camaro's in all and about maybe about 15,000 T-Top production cars were made that year.
