Answersame problem during overhaul 4.3I'm guessing you,ve removed all the bolts you can see but it still won't let go if that's the case... you have to remove the Power Steering pump pulley with a puller that auto zone or otger parts stores that have loan a tool program once tge pulley is removed you have acess to bolts you probly couldn't even see the pump and resivor come off together as a unit I'm right in the middle of overhauling my 97 blazer and that's how I removed my steering pump ypu also don't have to break the line loose just tie it up out of the way forwards toward the raditor with some string unless your trying to replace the pump, then you'll have to break the lines loose...I didn't because I'm overhauling my 4,3 engine and I don't break line unless I have to this all may not be you case in problem but I hope this may help just pull the pump pulley to gain access to the hidden bolts behind it...good luck Gregory
