Vacuum hose is available at most any auto parts house,
usually sold by the inch. Measure and buy what you need,
plug it onto the fittings and you're done.
If it's a custom shaped hose, it might be more difficult, but
again, check your parts house. They often have the hoses
listed on their computers and can help you find either a direct
replacement, or a universal replacement.
If all else fails, I'd hit the junkyards and hope to find a Sunfire
or a Cavalier with an intact hose.
You can sometimes fix a hose with electrical or Duct Tape, but
that should be a temporary fix. If the hose has split where it
connects to a fitting, you might be able to buy and apply a hose
clamp to help close the crack. Again, this is a temporary fix.
