first you have to remove the part where the mirror is adjusted on the inside, it snaps off with 3 clips. You can stick a screwdriver under there wrapped in a little Duct Tape to keep it from scratching the door. After you do that, you have to remove the clips from the door handle in the middle and the door opening handle near the top, and remove the screws/bolts there. Make sure there are no bolts under that mirror cover that you just removed, then just start going around the door, its got the same clips as the mirror cover does, it will require some effort, and 1 or 2 can bend...chalk it up to chevy.....
