I was told that you need to hook up an alternate power source such as another battery ar jumper box to the existing battery and turn the key on and wait for 11 minutes and it should reset the security lockout on this vehicle. I have not tried it yet to know for sure if this works.
The easiest way to reset the ABS light in a 1992 Chevy Lumina is to disconnect the battery for about 30 minutes. When it is reconnected, the light should be reset.

you can't reset it, fill your coolant up full, both rad and overflow. the light will go out. if it is still on when everything is full, then your coolant sensor is broken or unplugged. if you light goes off then comes on again and your coolant is low, then you have a leak. if you have a 3400 engine in your lumina common leaks are intake gaskets, waterpumps, and head gaskets.
There is no reset, the there is a problem with something the computer is coding for a reason. If you are thinking it is an "idiot" light there is no such thing. Have the engine trouble tested at your local auto parts this can usually determine the problem.
