More than likely the Flasher Relay is defective. Replace it.
depends on the make and model.. but most fuel pumps are located inside the fuel tank. So to replace it you would have to drop the tank then remove the fuel pump and fuel filter assembly from the tank.
For the turn signals, or the four way flashers? It would help if you gave a model. Kenworths usually require Torx bits (T25, IIRC) to remove the panels the switches run through. You remove the panel its attached to, disconnect the switch from it, unplug the switch, and replace it. You need something more specific, I need a model.
