there is probable a fuse you over looked get a goos test light and check all the fuses again then check to see if you have power going to the brake switch and then check all the bulbs the relay should have 4 prong relay check to make sure one side is hot when switch is on and there maybe a inline fuse
They use separate flasher relays. Replace the turn signal flasher relay.
It contains two relays, one for hazard lights and the other for turn signals. The one for the turn signals is defective and must be replaced.
Sounds like an electrical problem. Perhaps there is a short somewhere. New relays might be needed

More than likely this is caused by the relays. They are both the same relays and anywhere carries them.

A short, or a severed wire all together. Get a tester that lights up, check it that way :)
