My low coolant light remains on eventhough I have filled the ressovor. what can I do?
Found after removing and replacing the sensor and bottle still had error, finally drained radiator and added correct coolant mixture in radiator, indicator went away. Appear I had a weak mixture of coolant and water in radiator, which kept giving me the "ENGINE COOLANT LOW' I guess it really was low in coolant

The coolant level is low.The coolant level is low.
Low coolant would be because the coolant is low or the sensor has failed, Check engine light would be because the computer has detected a problem and set a code.
The low coolant light on a 1999 Buick Regal with a 3.8L engine may remain illuminated until the engine reaches a certain temperature due to a faulty coolant level sensor or a problem with the cooling system. If the coolant level is adequate but the sensor is malfunctioning, it may incorrectly signal low coolant. Additionally, if the engine is cold, the coolant may not circulate properly, causing the sensor to read low until the engine warms up and the coolant expands. It's advisable to check the coolant level and sensor functionality to diagnose the issue accurately.
where is the engine coolant temperature sensor- low input locationon a 1998 ford taurus
Look on the side of the coolant overflow bottle. There should be a low mark for the coolant for a cool engine, and one for a hot engine.
It is possible that a check engine light on a Toyota Highlander will come on if the coolant level is low. Usually, though, there is another light that will come on that says 'low coolant' on some older Toyota's.
The low coolant sensor is bad or disconnected.
The heat is not working because you are very low on coolant, probably because of the leak. Seems to me that it should leak worse when it is running, so I am going to assume you are talking about the coolant overflowing the reservoir, in which case goes back to you being low on coolant and the engine boiling the coolant.
Perhaps low coolant level Perhaops thermostat is not opening allowing coolant flow through the engine
Either low coolant level or the engine is overheating.
Either do to a coolant leak or a failed coolant level sensor.
Make sure it really is low on coolant by checking the coolant when engine is off. If the level is up to par, then the sensor may be bad.
