Maybe try the starter or the clyinide. Hope I could help.
its's the battery
from a dead battery to working battery
The battery seems to be a problem on this vehicle. A recharge could fix the issue but a new battery may be necessary.
Your computer reset itself.

Is starter working?
Check your alternator belts. Might be slipping or broke.
Either a discharged battery or a corroded battery terminal. The battery could be discharged because the alternator isn't working.
To jump-start a Mercedes E220, first ensure both vehicles are turned off. Connect the red jumper cable to the positive terminal of the dead battery, then attach the other end to the positive terminal of the working battery. Next, connect the black jumper cable to the negative terminal of the working battery and attach the other end to a metal ground on the E220, away from the battery. Start the working vehicle, let it run for a few minutes, then attempt to start the E220.
Check the battery. Seems odd but give it a jump and it should start.
Typically when you need to jump start your car every time in order to start it, there is a problem with the battery. It could be that the alternator is not working and is not charging the battery, or it could be that the battery is not holding a charge.
To jump start a Renault Megane, first ensure both vehicles are turned off. Connect the positive (red) jumper cable to the positive terminal of the dead battery and then to the positive terminal of the working battery. Next, connect the negative (black) jumper cable to the negative terminal of the working battery and attach the other end to a metal ground on the dead vehicle (not directly to the battery). Start the working vehicle, let it run for a few minutes, and then attempt to start the Megane.
