To reset the window motors on a 2000 Lexus RX300, start by fully closing the window using the power switch. Once the window is closed, hold the switch in the "up" position for about five seconds. Next, fully open the window and then hold the switch in the "down" position for another five seconds. This process recalibrates the window motor and should restore normal operation.
You can remove the 2000 Chevrolet Astro Van the ignition switch cylinder by removing the retaining ring. The retaining ring will need to be turned to the left. The ignition switch cylinder will slide out.
To test the power window switch on a 2000 Silverado, first, ensure the vehicle is in the "On" position but not running. Use a multimeter to check for voltage at the switch by connecting the probes to the switch terminals while pressing the button; you should see voltage when the switch is activated. If there’s no voltage, the switch may be faulty or there could be an issue with the wiring. Additionally, you can test the window motor directly by applying power to it to check if it operates independently of the switch.
Sounds like the neutral switch is out of position on the shifter or transmission
Trouble code P0122 means:Throttle position or pedal position sensor/switch circuit, low input

Bad neutral or clutch safety switch? Bad starter? bad starter solenoid?
Turn the key to the on position and hit your gas pedal I believe 3 or 6 times, and it should turn off
first you should do electrical tests to see if switch is the problem. Have you checked fuses? The switch can be removed by placing a small flat headed screwdriver into the side of switch. There is a retaining clip on both sides. Push in with the screwdriver and pull out. The switch should come out easily. With key in off position, place the flathead screwdriver between the switch and back plate and switch will pop off. If you need further pointers, contact me at jjmrsf@nctc.com.
The F150 uses a safety switch on the clutch system. The switch is under the dash on the clutch pedal arms. If the switch is bad, then the engine will not start.
A neutral safety switch on a 2000 Chrysler Concorde prevents the engine from starting unless the transmission is in the "Park" or "Neutral" position. It is typically located on the transmission and is activated when the gear shift is in the correct position. When the switch is engaged, it completes the circuit to the starter, allowing the engine to crank. If the switch fails or is misaligned, the vehicle may not start, even when in the proper gear.
There should be a switch for that in the center console.
