The lower tube ridge on the radiator has flattened on the bottom How do you fix this It leaks no matter how tight it is?
A radiator shop has tools to repair this problem maybe without removing the radiator, copper is a soft metal and with heat can be molded easily. I dont think it will cost much since it is a simple job. You can try it yourself with a blunt chisel or big blunted screwdriver with a soft hammer try pushing the ridge out from the inside and be sure in the future to place the hose clamp behind the ridge so as not to squash it.
