Yes, the complete door panel must be removed for access to the switch. there are 2 torx bit screws located at the handle "the one you use to pull the door closed" not the door latch. remove these. Also there is a Phillips head screw located at the door latch handle, remove it also. there are 2 more Phillips head screws to be removed one at each top corner of the door panel. that is all that holds the door panel in place. It may be difficult to remove due to the adhesive so go slow and don't force it. Also you will have to pull the latch handle to the open position to work the trim panel around it. Good luck. The switch has a quick connect electrical plug and 2 small screws holding it in place.
You will need to remove the inner trunk liner to access the mounting bolts. The entire rear light panel will need to be removed as one unit just to replace one bulb.

Disconnect the battery. Remove the ignition coils. Remove the ignition control module that was under the coils, and replace it.
You access the pump via the trunk, remove the fabric liner carefully so as not to damage it and then look for the fuel pump access plate underneath near the back seat. Unlike what the manual states you do not need to remove the gas tank to do the replacement. Carefully remove several bolts that hold the pump in place, remove the electric harness and gas line fittings and then replace the pump unit. DJP
Unscrew it and remove it then put on the new one. If you can't get to the ends you may have to renove the p/s fron the engine
