my 1994-Brakes, egr valve, throttle position sensor, cruise control "drops out" sometimes, alternator, battery, exhaust (once the stock stainless system goes, you will have a hard time keeping an exhaust system on the car), fuel pump, serpentine belt, power locks, power antenna, peeling paint, brake lines, master cylinder, front struts and strut bearings, Power Steering fluid cooler. Oil pan rusted out. Oil spray the underbody to keep the frame and floor strong. Change engine oil, tranny and rad fluid regularly (my car has not had any engine, tranny or cooling system problems so far). Very fast and strong running, with good fuel mileage, for a heavy full size car.
