Is it a squeak or a squeal? One persistent problem with Dodge has been a squeaky belt. I had to learn to live with a sqeak/squeal on my Dodge. The dealership said there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend spraying anything on the belt to eliminate the noise as this may cause the belt to slip off. One other possibility is that your brake shoes need replacing immediately.Hope this helped.
